These terms govern your use of the NexFolio Group mobile apps and website (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

NexFolio Group provides apps for productivity, personal finance and education, including Institute ERP, Nexfolio Calendar, Expense Folio and Pinnacle Educare, and a website with guides and information. We may change, add or remove features from time to time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or use the Services with a parent or guardian's permission. Our apps are not directed at children under 13. If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering them except where the law allows, or using them to break the law or infringe others' rights.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter, such as events, expenses or student records. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter that content. For example, if you enter students' personal details in Institute ERP, you are responsible for having the authority to do so.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps are paid, contain in-app purchases, or offer subscriptions. These are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their terms govern billing, cancellation and refunds. Prices are shown on the store listing.

6. Advertising

Some of our apps display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they lead to.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, design and logos, belong to NexFolio Group or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose.

8. Website content and disclaimer

The guides on this website are for general information and education. They are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current.

9. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexFolio Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue a Service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership and liability, will continue after termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Punjab, India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
