This policy explains what information NexFolio Group ("we", "us") handles when you use our mobile apps and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers Institute ERP, Nexfolio Calendar, Expense Folio, Pinnacle Educare and this website, nexfoliogroup.com. Individual apps may differ in what they collect; where that matters, we say so.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: your name and email address when you create an account or sign in, including when you sign in with Google.
- Content you enter: for example calendar events, expense entries, test results, or student, fee and exam records in Institute ERP.
- Messages to us: what you send to our support address.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: such as device model, operating system version and identifiers.
- Usage information: how features of an app are used, to help us improve it.
- Crash reports: technical data that helps us find and fix errors.
- Advertising identifiers: in apps that show ads, such as Nexfolio Calendar, advertising services may use your device's advertising identifier.
Purchases
Payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your card or bank details. We may receive confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our apps and website
- To sync your data across devices when you use sign-in and sync features
- To respond to support requests
- To send important messages about app functionality, security or changes to our policies
- To understand how features are used and to fix errors
- To show advertising in apps that include it, and to prevent fraud and abuse
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Advertising
Some of our apps contain advertising. For example, the Google Play listing for Nexfolio Calendar states that it contains ads. Ads in our apps are served through Google's advertising services. These services may use identifiers and information about your device and app usage to show ads and measure their performance.
You can manage ad personalisation from your device: on Android, in Settings under Google > Ads; on iPhone, in Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising. You can also read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The store listing for each app states whether it contains ads.
5. Third-party services
We use third-party services to run our apps. They process data under their own privacy policies.
- Google Play and the Apple App Store: distribution, updates and payments.
- Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares basic account details such as your name and email with us.
- Google advertising services: in apps that contain ads.
- Analytics and crash reporting tools: to understand app performance and fix errors.
We share the minimum data needed for these services to work. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, and we limit access to user data to people who need it to operate and support the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep data
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. See how to request deletion.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a regulator. To exercise any of these, email support@nexfoliogroup.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Information may be processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers, such as Google, operate. If you use our apps from another country, your information may be transferred to those locations.
11. This website
This website does not require an account. Its fonts are served from our own server, and it does not load third-party analytics scripts. See our Cookies page for details about cookies and advertising on this site.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
